Our Staff at Life Line Sampson wants you to make informed decisions about your pregnancy. We are here to listen, help, and offer you non-judgmental care and support.
We provide pregnancy testing and verification, options counseling, limited ultrasound, community referrals, and educational classes for women and men in Sampson, Duplin, and surrounding counties.
All of our services are Free and Confidential. LLS is here to walk this journey with YOU. You will be greeted by friendly, caring, and helpful staff!

Is there a charge for your services?
No. All of our services are free of charge and confidential. You can visit our center confidently knowing you will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that you need.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
No. An appointment can make things easier and quicker for you, but you are not required to have schedule an appointment before visiting us. You can stop by during any of our normal open hours and we will be glad to serve you.
How do I know if I'm pregnant?
If you think you might be pregnant, it's important to be sure. We can help you find out by providing you with a free pregnancy test and, in some cases, a limited ultrasound. Contact us to learn more.
